30-day screen warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty for screen touch-response problems following screen repair. Bring your device back within 30 days of the repair for assessment. A covered screen will be replaced with a screen of the same quality.
The warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, internal screen cracks, or damage to the LCD/OLED display, including damage that is not visible on the outer glass.
Diagnostic fee
A diagnostic assessment costs $60 if you do not proceed with the repair with us. We waive the diagnostic fee when you proceed with the repair with us. An existing $60 deposit covers the diagnostic fee when it applies; we do not charge both separately.
Booking and payment
Choose Pay Online or Pay at Store when booking. The $60 online deposit is part of your repair total, not an additional fee. For example, for a $160 repair, you pay $60 online and the remaining $100 at the store.
If we do not have the required part or cannot provide your booked repair, we refund the $60 deposit.
Cancellations and missed appointments
If you cancel or miss your appointment, you may reschedule. Your existing $60 deposit carries over to the new appointment, so you do not pay another deposit.
Where repairs take place
All repairs are performed at our Fairfax office. Please bring your device to 11166 Fairfax Boulevard, Suite 500, 5th Floor, Office F19, Fairfax, VA 22030. We do not offer home, mobile, pickup/drop-off, delivery, or mail-in repair.
