2. We review your request and email a free prepaid label. We confirm eligibility, service details, any fees and the correct packing instructions before you ship.
3. Pack and ship after approval. Use the approved label and instructions. After arrival, our team reviews the devices and confirms the requested recycling or data-wiping service.

• Back up any photos, files and information you want to keep. Data wiping is permanent.
• Remove personal accounts, activation locks, SIM cards and removable memory cards when possible. Contact us if you need help. Do not send passwords or passcodes in this form.
• Do not mail swollen, leaking, unusually hot, recalled or damaged batteries. Describe the issue first so we can discuss a suitable option.
• Wait for our approval, label and device-specific packing instructions. Large or unusual electronics require review before acceptance.
